 Most parents know the importance of good dental hygiene since it is believed that for you to maintain a healthy teeth, you should be bale to ensure you observe good dental hygiene in your lifetime.
Bad dental hygiene will not only affect your teeth and the way you smile, it can also bring infections in the gum leading to inflammation and other throat infections.

One of the simplest things we learn both at school and at home is how to brush and floss the teeth, this are the easiest ways to prevent our teeth from being attacked by cavities.
Brushing your teeth may appear as one of the simplest and easiest process to engage in but it is vital to maintain good strong healthy teeth. It is required that you clean your teeth three times a day if not try to clean them immediately after breakfast and before going to bed using a fluoride toothpaste this will help you destroy the bacteria on your teeth,. You should ensure that you floss our teeth constantly to remove the germs and food particles that have accumulated in between the teeth.
But there are other ways people have not discovered their importance yet they play a vital role in maintaining good healthy teeth.
One of the best methods to reduce erosion of the teeth is by chewing gum especially when you have had a meal or a snack. Chewing sugar free chewing gum ensures that their is a build up of saliva in the mouth that reduces the accumulation of plaque acid which is responsible for teeth erosion and prefect breeding condition for bacteria.
Reduce the intake of sugary drinks like carbonated sofas or even sugary fruit juices between meals since the saliva does not get a chance to neutralize the acid I the food and drinks.
In order for you to maintain your healthy teeth for ages to come, try and observe this routine and you will always be smiling.
