Efficiently and safely clean your teeth one must know the correct method and opportunities, when and how the teeth should be brushed, which unfortunately are not able to learn properly and just use their common sense. Now scientifically designed brushes of different brands and features are available as having hard, medium and soft nylon brush, with varying shapes and sizes of the brush handle and head the bristles. In an ideal, toothbrush bristles should be trimmed and flat. The diamond-shaped head offers better accessibility to the teeth at the back. Some people prefer short head, which can be easily used for teeth at the back.

Many people quickly brushing tooth leaving much of the surface of the tooth and the gums are not properly cleaned.
There is no specific address.
The objective is that the entire surface of the teeth gets clean, externally as well as internally. Ideally you should spend 3-5 minutes in cleaning the teeth.
Right Brushing Teeth:
In principle there are two fundamental movements that take place, while brushing i.e. sweeping and penetration.
When the movement is in the opposite direction and applies pressure on the teeth, there is an event of penetration of the bristles in the gums cracks causing the removal of food particles from otherwise inaccessible region of space between the gums and teeth, then hits complete cleaning of teeth and gums.

Brushing Teeth in children:
In the case of children is used a small soft brush. The horizontal movement of the tooth brush provides an overwhelming and penetrating action. The short sections are mostly the penetration action, which is more useful on the internal surfaces of the teeth.
Brushing teeth in adults:
For cleaning of teeth in adults, there is a need for more movements like shifting the bristles with 45-degree angle and then moves back and forth or give a rotational movement from the gums to the teeth. It helps the dentist must be taken if one is difficult to perform more movements so that there is no better cleaning of all surfaces of the tooth.
