Brushing teeth basic 6 steps

The basic movements of brushing teeth are simple, but there are some key points that need to be taken.
The most important thing to remember is to be kind as Many people brush too hard  This can lead to gum recession.
You should get specific directions from your hygienist  But, it is important to understand how sweet is the key  Some suggest it's actually ' brush ' but rather ' vibrate ' toothbrush.
The main purpose is to break the dental plaque  The plaque is weak, and easily you can interfere with it  Therefore, you do not need to be rough when washing.
This is where a lot of food particles and bacteria as stay hidden.
Use extra soft toothbrush if gums sensitive and do not exert too much pressure.
Bleeding is a symptom of gum disease.
Don't forget to brush your tongue as well. Most bacteria responsible for bad breath reside on the tongue.

Brush the roof of the mouth and under your tongue as well to avoid losing all zones.
The acid in food causes the enamel on your teeth to be more easily damaged.
This actually might mean that if the brush directly after eating are harming your teeth more than help them! Use a pH balanced mouthwash before helping to prevent it from happening.
We all know that we need to brush our teeth morning and night and you might as well know that you also need dental floss.
So it's important how long they clean your teeth for? Matter how you do it? Like everything in life, the answer to these questions is ' yes ', sure it does. If you know how to do it right, the time spent doing it more effectively.
Why do you do it?
Yes, we know! We need to FLOSS and brush our teeth to make sure we have breath odor and keep all that nasty bacteria at Bay. Not only should you be brushing you should be flossing twice a day to keep bad bacteria at Bay.
Bacteria are the thing that affects the teeth and gums and breaks them gradually over time. To get rid of this you need to FLOSS between your teeth as well as brushing because this is where you hide all the badness.
Why do it? Whether to keep you smiling isn't a good enough reason to say that avoiding bad breath and painful gums.
6 steps to success
Like all things in life ... is easy when you know how ... but isn't it funny how no one teaches this stuff in school-well, when I went to school. Have you ever really thought about how you should clean your teeth apart from the fact that you need?
If you ever need any help or advice in your local intervention pop and will be happy to help.
So, let's get started. Follow these 6 steps for better cleaning and feel the difference.
Step 1: Decide how you are going to clean before you start
Need or move your brush on one side of the mouth to the other or systematically from the Middle onwards towards the back ... but you need to make sure they are consistent. In this way everything is cleaned every time.
02.45-degree pitch and soft circles
Believe it or not care what angle the brush is a. must be 45 degrees. Once you have the tooth-brush brush at right angles in circles that are smaller then you are moving your hand as when polishing car.
Step 3: a tooth brush to the next
Do it slowly and do not miss any especially when you put your toothbrush in the other hand or change its position.
Step 4: FLOSS between your teeth
Everytime I brush must also FLOSS afterward. Clean between teeth-all these are the important parts, where food can get stuck.

Step 5: Get a good grip on your Floss
You need about 45 cm-Yes! Wrap the FLOSS tightly between your fingers and once you have a grip using the index finger and thumb to use dental floss between your teeth.
Step 6: floss your way to fresh breath
Once you clean between your teeth you need to clean your teeth with the wire by wrapping it around it and cleaning how are cleaning a window.
There you go. Easy when you know how. Now go and do it! Twice a day.
How long you do it?
You probably haven't clocked yourself in front of the mirror cleaning my teeth, but I bet that probably takes less than a minute to clean teeth. .Believe me when there are times you that seems like a long time.
If you are brushing for less than 2 minutes later I'm slacking. Unless you've lost a few along the way you should have 32 teeth to clean and that is a lot of clean teeth properly in 2 minutes.
The improvement of the effect of your toothbrush once hit in the 1 minute mark is 50% and if you do it for 2 minutes you get a response even better.
What is 2 minutes of your day – twice a day, for a better smile, breath better and better.
