For someone who regularly brushes, tooth decay gets little to no worries. But for the people busy doing things I love and forget about brushing time, sometimes to the point of not washing for days, the problem of tooth decay puts some serious health risks.
Tooth decay or "dental caries" is the process of bacteria infiltrating the inside parts of the tooth, often leading to an unpleasant, gaping hole in bacterial infiltration area. And tooth decay is not small problem-many deaths were caused by a single tooth caries. An automatic tooth decay problem led to the death of a resident Deamont in March 2007. 4. Obtain dental fillings, if you haven't got yet. Dental fillings are one of the most important steps that must be done on our teeth.
5. Still, avoid foods with high amounts of sugar drastically and elevated acidity.
